Follow these steps to permanently delete your Maptch account
If you wish to permanently delete your Maptch account and all associated data, you can do so directly from within the app. Follow these simple steps:
Launch the Maptch application on your mobile device.
Tap on your profile icon, typically located in the bottom navigation bar or in the menu.
Once in your profile, look for the Settings option (usually represented by a gear icon or listed in the menu).
In the Settings menu, scroll down and tap on the "Delete Account" option.
You will be asked to confirm your decision. Please read the warning carefully, as this action is permanent and cannot be undone.
Once confirmed, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted from our systems immediately.
When you delete your account, the following information is permanently removed:
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Once you delete your account, you will not be able to recover any of your data, matches, or messages. If you wish to use Maptch again in the future, you will need to create a new account from scratch.
