Child Safety Policy
At Maptch, providing a safe and respectful environment for our entire community is our top priority. In this context, we adhere to the following principles to protect the online safety of children and young people in particular:
Zero Tolerance Policy
- • All content related to child sexual abuse or exploitation (CSAM) is strictly prohibited.
- • Sharing, storing, distributing, or any similar activity of such content is immediately removed from the platform and reported to relevant legal authorities.
- • All our employees and business partners are informed about this policy and are aware of legal obligations.
Proactive Monitoring and Removal
- • We regularly review content published on our platform using both manual and automated methods.
- • Suspicious content detected through user reports, our moderation tools, and AI-powered scanning systems is immediately evaluated.
- • When deemed necessary, we cooperate with national and international legal institutions and share data securely.
Reporting and Communication Channels
Any user, parent, or security expert who detects inappropriate content can reach us through the following channels:
- • Email: maptchsprt@gmail.com
- • In-app reporting tools
Reports are evaluated within a maximum of 24 hours, and necessary actions are taken following the verification process.
To prevent false or malicious reports, we contact the reporter again if necessary.
Legal Compliance
- • We comply with national and international laws and Google Play Child Safety Standards.
- • When requested by authorized authorities, user data, IP information, and digital evidence are shared in accordance with applicable privacy regulations.
- • All access to accounts engaged in suspicious activities is permanently terminated.
Community Education and Awareness
- • We provide education on safe dating/friendship through in-app tips, blog posts, and notifications for the safety of our community.
- • Use of the platform by minors is prohibited; accounts that violate this ban are recorded, documented, and closed.
Resources for Reporting Violations
- • We list local resources such as national emergency hotlines or relevant child protection organizations (e.g., "ALO 183 Social Support Line" for Turkey).
- • For international reporting, we provide referrals to organizations such as INHOPE.
We regularly review and improve the steps outlined in this policy. If you have any concerns about child safety in our application, please do not hesitate to contact us at maptchsprt@gmail.com.
We are happy to work with our community for a safe digital society.
